Position: Sales Technical Support Specialist

Description:
Provides technical support to our staff, dealers and end users as it relates to service and support of the CSI Sales department’s products – simultaneous interpretation, audience response and push-to-talk microphone systems. Would develop the skills necessary to respond professionally to customer service calls. This will include, but not be limited to, technical matters relating to software, hardware, I/O interface with other products-systems, and functional matters often relating to user error. Must also be available to work rental jobs when necessary. Must be able to travel when needed. Must demonstrate competency with software and computer networks, direct sales, business protocol and customer service. Must have a high school or vocational school diploma and/or equivalent professional experience. Possessing knowledge of audio, video, and DSP platform equipment desirable but willing to train. Must be detail-oriented, organized, with effective communication skills. Must be well versed in e-mail and related electronic communication formats. Ideal candidates possess the ability to multitask and function at all levels of various business environments.
